Once a return request has been submitted and approved:

  • The item must be sent back within 7 days following the return approval instructions.

  • Returns must be made by mail.

3. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns.

Returned items must be:

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with original packaging and tags (where applicable)
